Peach is the band formed by guitarist Rick Roberts after he left the Posies and joined forces with singer Mark Adler. Smart Went Crazy (Sylvia, 1993) and Dead Soldier's Coat (Sylvia, 1994) promised loud psychedelic pop, but the faceless grunge of Siesta (Caroline, 1994) is as derivative as a Seattle band can be (Dig A Hole could be a Pearl Jam power-ballad). II (Caroline, 1995) is a pathetic mess of grunge steretypes.
